Stamping Die Customization
Engineered for longevity, high-speed production, and uncompromising accuracy. The perfect foundation for your mass-produced metal components.
Great Stamping Starts With a Great Die
At JUMAI Tech, we believe that the quality of your stamped hardware is entirely dependent on the precision of the tooling. Rather than outsourcing this critical step, our dedicated tooling department designs and manufactures custom stamping dies entirely in-house.
Our seasoned mold engineers utilize advanced CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, UG, AutoCAD) to perform rigorous Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analyses. We simulate the stamping process to eliminate stress concentrations, optimize material usage, and ensure the die guarantees millions of consistent strikes.

Types of Stamping Dies We Manufacture
We build custom tooling tailored to your production volume, part complexity, and budget requirements.
Progressive Dies
The ultimate solution for high-volume, high-speed production. The metal strip advances through multiple stations in a single die, performing piercing, coining, bending, and blanking simultaneously until the finished part is cut off.
Compound Dies
Performs multiple cutting operations (like piercing and blanking) in a single press stroke at one station. Ensures extremely high dimensional accuracy and perfect concentricity between holes and outer edges.
Single-Stage Dies
Performs one operation per press stroke. Highly cost-effective for simpler parts, short-run productions, or exceptionally large/thick components where progressive feeding is not feasible.
Machining & Material Standards
A die is only as good as the steel it's made from and the precision of the machines that cut it. Our toolroom is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to guarantee sub-micron accuracy.
Premium Tool Steels
We select high-performance materials based on your production volume. Common choices include SKD11, DC53, D2, and for extremely high wear resistance, Tungsten Carbide (Hard Alloy) inserts. Heat treatments and vacuum quenching are strictly controlled to achieve optimal hardness (HRC 58-62).
High-Precision Fabrication
Our tooling center features advanced CNC Machining Centers, Slow-feeding Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and precision grinding machines. This ensures that every punch, die matrix, and guide pillar fits perfectly.
